Parkmaven alleged overstay

Hi,

I have received an invoice from ParkMaven about an alleged overstay, which it’s actually true.

I believe I paid for 10 or 11 hours (don’t remember exactly), and this was done via a third party website (YourParkingSpace). I received an email to confirm the transaction and the booking confirmation by YourParkingSpace.

The NTK states I overstayed authorised parking session, stating arrival time and departure time.

I entered the car park in the morning, and left the car for a period of about 14 hours in the car park.

I read the various threads on how to complain, and I was going to follow  Plan A, however I cannot find any info about the landowner. It’s definitely not a retail site so would be great some help.

In particular, my question is.. if I cannot find the landowner should I still use the template (plan A) to appeal online through parkmaven’s website?

Apologies if similar threads do exist, I did try and search the forum...

Thank you

Yes,  do plan A if possible,  ASAP

Do plan B before the 28 day deadline,  but expect a rejection ( they are not going to cancel the PCN,  especially based on the story above  ) I dont see any appeal succeeding based on the overstay aspect   ( insufficient payment for the total time on site  )

One of our regulars @Umkomaas, regularly posts about how to find landowners, click on his name and follow his profile to his threads ad find the relevant one. Plan A is a complaint to the landowner NOT an appeal to Park Maven, that is plan B and you will find the appeal text in the NEWBIE sticky first post, written in BLUE
