I am trying to contact Santander about getting a company added to their cashback list so I contacted them on  customerservices@santanderconsumer.co.uk, the only email address I could find and got a reply that it was not the correct address and pointed me towards their contact us page which does not have an email address.

Does anyone have a valid email address for Santander?

    They don't offer an email as a channel for customer contact. The methods of contact they offer are their messaging service online or in the app, telephone, or by post. Messaging works well in my experience.

    ....which may be applicable if you're looking to contact their vehicle loans business, but not the retail bank!
