OLIVER BONAS x I-ESCAPE COMPETITION

1. The competition will run between 00:00:01 GMT 01.05.25 and 23.59 GMT on 15.05.25. The winner will be contacted on or before 30.05.2025. Unless consent otherwise provided, contact details supplied will only be used in this situation
2. Prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees of Oliver Bonas and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion (this will be reviewed on a case by case basis). Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Proof of identity and age may be required to verify eligibility of the winner.
3. Entries to be submitted via the entry form at https://www.oliverbonas.com/competition
4. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, due to computer error
6. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are as follows:
a) A five-night stay in Morocco hosted by i-escape, with 3 nights at The Capaldi followed by 2 nights at Riad Capaldi worth over £1,000. The prize is valid for 2 adults and includes breakfast and taxes. The prize has no monetary value, and cannot be sold on or exchanged. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Subject to availability and any blackout dates including 24th December 2025 - 5th January 2026. Travel to and from the hotels is not included. Additional expenses must be paid for by the winner.
b) An £1,000 Oliver Bonas e-gift card. Oliver Bonas e-gift cards are subject to gift card terms and conditions, as stated on the Oliver Bonas website. We offer no cash alternative to the Gift Card and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Gift Card can be used online at www.oliverbonas.com or in any of our stores.
7. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
8. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
9. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
10. The winners will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
11. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
12. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
13. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.
14.
