Pre-registration masters course - student finance help and advice

Hi everyone I would really appreciate help and advice on this!
I completed an undergraduate degree and got my student loans from Student Finance Wales. I did my degree in England. I am now wanting to do a masters degree (pre registration) in Speech and Language Therapy in a university in England. This is eligible for the NHS Learning Support Fund for Allied Health Professions - £5,000 a year to help with placement costs etc. SFW have said since its preregistration it counts as an undergraduate course and since I already completed an undergraduate degree I’m only eligible for an exceptions loan. Which is only the maintenance loan and not tuition fee support and I’m only eligible for this if I am ineligible for the NHS bursary. I believe they mean the Welsh NHS bursary where they provide tuition support and living costs help if you agree to work in Wales for 2 years post degree but they couldn’t say for sure and just told me to contact the NHS funding provider. SFW have been very confusing and told me different things so I’m not sure about my elligibility for anything really.
My questions are - if I get the NHS Learning Support Fund for Allied Health Professions am I still eligible for an exceptions undergraduate maintenance loan? It feels a bit Schrödinger’s cat since if I am eligible for the NHS fund then I am potentially ineligible for the maintenance loan but then in order to be eligible for the NHS fund you have to be eligible for student finance loans.
And also out of interest if I was going through this same process with Student Finance England would I get tuition support as well as the maintenance loan or is it the same process as SFW?
I’m an estranged student and no one in my family or friends have done a masters degree so I’m finding the whole process so confusing and stressful. If anyone knows any information about this I would really appreciate it so much! Thank you
