PCN at Retail Car Park

Hi,
I've just received a £100 PCN for parking at Go Outdoors Loughborough from the parking company G24.
On the letter it states my car was parked for 136 minutes with a 120 minute allowable stay.
I didn't even think about the car park or how long I was allowed to stay there. I assumed it was Go Outdoors car park as there is only that shop on the site - it's not a retail park. They have sent a PCN with photos.
Seems a bit weird to spend money in Go Outdoors and then get a parking ticket for doing so.
Is this something I can fight?

Complain about it to the retail park management company or landlord or landowner ASAP, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum2

Of course you don't pay or 'appeal' this scam PCN. But there are things you need to know and obviously - think about it - the retailer or the retail park managing agents (who are NOT G24) can cancel it immediately.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
