PCN at Retail Car Park

Hi,

I've just received a £100 PCN for parking at Go Outdoors Loughborough from the parking company G24.

On the letter it states my car was parked for 136 minutes with a 120 minute allowable stay.

I didn't even think about the car park or how long I was allowed to stay there. I assumed it was Go Outdoors car park as there is only that shop on the site - it's not a retail park. They have sent a PCN with photos.

Seems a bit weird to spend money in Go Outdoors and then get a parking ticket for doing so.

Is this something I can fight?

Read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST as we can't explain everything from scratch in every thread. See my signature for how to navigate there in a nanosecond.

Of course you don't pay or 'appeal' this scam PCN. But there are things you need to know and obviously - think about it - the retailer or the retail park managing agents (who are NOT G24) can cancel it immediately.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
