Two hits from DCB

Two separate Parking Eyes-

One - DCB hit me with at the CNBC - I responded to the court summons but didn't attend so I got a default judgment of £291. I have paid in the 30 days.

Second one hasn't hit DCB legal, last correspondence was "Notice of Intended Legal Action" to which I have not responded - the £170 obviously still sits on the same account (the £291 from dispute 1 now having cleared)

DCB need to inform the CNBC for Dispute 1 - and I have asked them as a function of responding to their email receipt for the £291 payment if they will inform CNBC so the CCJ will clear from credit. So far no response.

*Question*: Are DCB going to screw me around leveraging the CCJ cancellation to get me to pay the Dispute 2? Having now found the Newbie instructions I intend to follow that process for Dispute 2 but wanted to ask recommended action given the above. Most pressing is I have a credit requirement and desperate to get that off.

Cheers - Pickles

You could provide evidence of payment to the court in order to get the Judgment expunged,  but DCB Legal should do it to avoid it going on the register

The other case is separate,  so deal with it separately,  using the response template before the 30 day deadline

I don't believe that there is any leveraging going on

No they are unrelated. For goodness sake don't let this one get past you this time, but do you mean you didn't defend? Surely there was no hearing. DCB Legal don't do hearings.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
