If you don’t like someone, their situation, their question or feel they’re intruding on ‘your board’ then please bite the bullet and think of the bigger issue. A Guardian article once "doffed its cap" to this forum as being the one place where consumers can collect together and fight back. Our job is to help keep it that way.

How to enter & cost of entry:You may enter by the following routes:- SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:
1.Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword WIN or WINNER to 80082. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.50 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer. If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to twelve (12) Standard Entries in total per phone number. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges.By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw). Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday.
