                    Has anyone had need to take a complaint to Sue Young of Fujitsu Siemens before?
I was told by the customer service person I spoke to today to send her a fax which I've done [a 2 page complaint followed with 5 pages of evidence!] but I'm not entirely sure who she is. (I should have asked but I was more concerned with the electric shocks given from my laptop at the time.)
I've googled her but there doesn't seem to be much information, though I've seen her spoken of as 'the infamous Sue Young' a couple of times.
Anyone know anymore? Thanks

 I got in touch with her today - left a message and she rang me back - she's been off sick and just got back today but will look through the case and get back to me either tonight or tomorrow morning.
 Fingers crossed for something positive, though my faith in Fujitsu this past year - where I had been head over heels for them prior to June - has been completely eaten away at until the point where I now look forward to getting rid of this laptop.0

            Hi,
 We are having horrendous difficulties with our F.S. laptop at the moment, it has been in repair 5 times over the last 7 months (we have had it at home for a total of 3 weeks in that time). This morning it arrived back from repair covered in dents, cracks and scratches. When we have tried to complain we've been told to contact Sue Young, but have been told by F.S. customer dept. that she doesn't have a phone number!!!!!! Do you still have this person's number?0
