Should I move money out of T212 to Plum? And what to do with extra cash?

Although I'm always chasing the best rates, I reckon Plum is not worth the hassle for any potential extra interest earned!1

Who is best after T212 and Plum then?
I've decided to keep about 80k with T212. Not the best rate but I like the fact I can get the good interest rate with cash and move it to S&S ISA if I decide to invest. I'm gonna move the rest (~15k) to another cash ISA.
Plum isn't an option due to the lower rate for transfers in.
I thought about Moneyfarm but it says the only pay interest annually.
Also thought about the Moneyfarm S&S ISA with the Topcashback offer but they have so many hidden fees and stuff I decided against it.0
