just revived a court claim for the dcbl clowns for overstay a free car park from over 5 years and 9mounths ago at a retail estate ie at a pets at home with the vetanery surgeon for a operation on dog and they forgot to mark the car as ok after 3 hours the usual particulars they been trying lately i claiming a ticket was placed on car when it was anpr and no tickets iv put a defense in including the imaginary tick place on vehicle bit the signage was ridiculous back then facing away from where you drive in and only readable with a step ladder and a magnifying glass just after they started
interesting bit is that G4 ltd do not manage the car park any more and have not done for years.
it managed by group nexus now and has been for some time.
i cannot find any link between the two of em does any one know of a link ?
if i am right Im presuming g24 and dcbl are really trying it on and not acting with the authority of the land owner as far as im aware no civil action was ever taken while g24 was managing/scamming from the location and there was a falling out between the land owners and g24 at some point

You're probably correct, I've seen them try re-claiming for a case already won in a court hearing.
Regardless just follow the process and expect them to discontinue as they usually do when a case is defended.4 -
You already put in a defence? Didn't use our template defence? Show us what you put in.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

There have been a mass of ancient G24 tickets lately. We're expecting them to discontinue them, but won't know for sure for a couple of months yet. Pretty likely since it's difficult to provide evidence from 6 years ago. And the fact they're an en-masse venture by DCB suggests it's a hit and run job.
Standard template with an additional section about the years passed is the usual way to go.3 -

yes used the template defense and and add the bit about where they make the mistake in particulars or claim claim a ticket was attached to the car. pluss not told anyone who driver was and the fact that tick was due to negligence of the vet not making shaw no ticket was isues as certain places there are supost to do thai ie half fords if there doing work and the vet ect many of em screw up and dont do it i had same thing few weeks back when i had a dash cam fitted at ha;fords got parking ticket then it canceled a week later but car park controled by group nexus now and no longer by g241 -

Standard template with an additional section about the years passed is the usual way to go.yes id seen that i suspect g24 are getting desperate there was something when on between land owner and g24 but i can find original artical its gone only a ref to em falling out if it goes to a hearing of whitch i doubt it will i will ask the court for permission to add a 3rd party for indemnity as the vet were negligent in not seeing a ticket was not issued as them and the likes of halfords on the park are suppose to do that if your there over 3 hours had the same a few mounths ago when halford was fitting a dash cam and forgot to do it but that got cancel a week later only when over the 3 hours as was at vet with a rotwhiler that really dont like the vets and had to be there to handel dog for a operation i can remember for shaw if we left and cam back when it woke up and it was a double dip or we dint eather was vet should have gave company number so no ticket was isued any watdint bother wasting my time with g24 as untill recently there never isues a court claim for location
