Does this mean the worst bit is over and underwriting already happened?

The Underwrite section had a date which I assume means it is reviewed.
The word Offer is right at the bottom of the screenshot which suggests Skipton has made you an offer of a mortgage of a specific property.
But not sure what you mean by 'is the worse over'0
