Leaving site pcn help

Long story short.
Received pcn for leaving site even though I went to shops on said site but no purchase.  Only evidence goes along the lines of 'male seen leaving site in grey top and jeans' No cctv or photographic evidence.  Appealed asking for photo or cctv, none available so appeal failed.  I'm afraid after that I did not go down the road of popla.  Fast forward 4 years and 2 debt companies on they have just sent a letter of claim which I responded to as I have ignored all other letters.

They have refused to take on my points and have said all appeals are exhausted and now want the £170.

What would be you advise?

If its a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice,  you would email the response template in the newbies sticky thread post 2 to the lawyers involved.  As you have already done this, wait for the court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive

Thank you, so you think with no cctv or photographic evidence will see this thrown out?

Nobody can predict the course or outcome of a court claim,  but the likely outcome is a discontinuance before the hearing fee needs to be paid

If it's UKPC using DCB Legal it won't even get as far as a hearing because they discontinue well defended claims.

    If not them, who?

And when you searched the forum for them you will have found dozens of threads!

If you read some of those exact same threads (all just like your case) you'll already know they will discontinue or they will possibly even have their claim struck out.
