John Lewis Credit Card prior to New Day

Hi
I've been trying to get hold of credit card statements from 2021 and 2022 when the John Lewis cc was with HSBC before they moved to New Day. I need them for court.
I have tried:
- John Lewis Finance/Money (New Day) - cannot help for the period in question
- phoning HSBC various numbers, eventually beat the voice menu to reach agents, very frustrating for me with the call centre scripts as my request is not a standard enquiry, but eventually on both occasions I reached a human, they said they would send my details to a dedicated team and I would hear within 3-5 working days (dates long since gone). They were not able to say whether this was either of the email addresses I had tried below. They could not locate me from card numbers, account number, name, postcodes, nothing
- emailing correspondence@hsbc.com - no response
- emailing customerrelations@hsbc.com - no response
- I have even extracted payments for 13 months from my current account with dates of payments to John Lewis cc (would have been HSBC) during 2020 and 2021 in the hope that they can cross-check somewhere in their data of payments received and my name and have sent those to the email addresses
I know HSBC had a dedicated mailbox at the time of migration from HSBC to New Day but this is now defunct and gives the correspondence@hsbc.com email on the out of office message.
Has anyone else managed to get copies of their old statements from HSBC days? If so, please can you share how you did it.
Thanks so much in advance

Write to them at the official complaints address
Feedback and Complaints | HSBC UK
Ask for it to be passed to their data protection team and ask them for a copy of all of your records including statements relating to your account (give as much info as you can - dates, addresses, ideally acc numbers etc).1 -

I would get your skates on if you want to try as they appear to be getting liquidated by HSBC group.0
