I bought an apartment that came with an OLD Comelit Okay intercom.
I want to change it but no idea which wires are doing what.
Anyone here knows the reference of this old intercom and knows which wires do what?

Wiring diagrams are pretty easy to find, just Google Comelit Okay wiring diagram.
