A Letter of Claim will say that, plus give you 30 days notice and include financial forms

Those dont appear to be Letters of Claim,  just debt collectors letters,  especially by ZZPS

    Ignore debt collectors letters

    Meanwhile,  cancel the payment plans

Firstly, you DO NOT owe £170 for each ticket. The added £70 is a scam amount that those solicitors involved derive from an unregulated industry such as the BPA.  It's called the OSNER scam who owns ZZPS ?   The parking operators can play musical chairs by using different so called legals
There are only a few so called legals who work the scam because REAL legals will never get involved.

QDR, known as son of WHOPLA which was a scam approved by the BPA who are unregulated.
ZZPS must be ignored as they are only money scammers and as said above, CANCEL all payments to them. The courts already know about the scam

Thanks so much for all of your responses, it's really appreciated. I feel like I'm not clever enough for all of this, but going to give it a go. I've just written out my email to send to the block management company firstly. I've included it below and removed personal details. Will this be ok do you think?

I am emailing in regards to a number of fines I have received whilst being parked in my allocated bay (number 18) for flat _.

I am currently in the process of seeking advice as the initial PCN's were all sent to my previous address of which I moved out of on 22nd July 2024. You can imagine my shock when I received a letter from BW Legal requesting £170 to be paid regarding a PCN from One Parking Solution, when I was not aware of any previous letters that had been sent. Since the first email from the solicitor, I have received 2 further requests from BW Legal along with 1 from QDR Solicitors.

I am a single part time working mum and would never purposely put myself in a position where I rack up PCN charges as I'm already drowning in bills and chasing my tail, as are most people these days. I make a conscious effort to display my parking permit and ensure that any guests I have display the visitors permits and park in the designated visitors bays. On the occasions when I have forgotten to put my permit out, this is purely down to simply accidentally forgetting, whilst trying to juggle my son and getting all of our stuff from the car after a long day, trying to avoid the rain or windy weathers. Many times I have come down to find my permit has fallen into the foot well or car seat after the wind has caught it when the door has been closed. Again, if I have forgotten to display my permit, this is never intentional and purely a mistake.

As mentioned, all of the PCN's issued have been sent to my OLD address which obviously I have no access to therefore I was never aware of the initial letters as I would have made it my priority to have these sorted had they have come to ___. Unfortunately and naively, I hadn't even thought to update my log book. I updated my driving license when I moved, and naively this was all I believed that needed updating. That's not something I will ever make the mistake of again!

Having looked at my tenancy agreement, in clause 8.14 it states

If the Tenant is allocated a car parking space in a car parking area the Tenant must only use the allocated car parking space.

There is no mention of a permit being required to be displayed or the charges that may be incurred if a permit is not displayed.

This has really caused me a great deal of stress and I am now being asked for £680 which is sickening and pure greed. After reading reviews online, it seems OPS have absolutely zero interest in looking at genuine peoples mistakes and just look to grab as much money as they can off people, during a time when bills are extortionate as it is and all people are doing is worrying about how they 're going to put food on the table for their kids.

I would really appreciate it if there is anything you can do to help have these fines cancelled  being as I did not receive the original letters. I have not even seen evidence of these PCN's from the solicitors. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated, it really would. I'm happy to provide the reference numbers I have received, a copy of my tenancy agreement, proof of address and my logbook. May it also be worth looking for flats to register their cars to their flats/parking bays so that this sort of thing can be avoided in the future?

    Kind regards,

Thanks so much for your advice. Lastly before I start sending emails, can you confirm if these are letters of claims and therefore I can send the LOC template now?
Obviously you don't send the template to BW Legal now, it win't make sense as you have spoken to them (bad move) and urgently need to cancel the payment plan. Tell them they bullied you and you are blocking any payment at your bank and will see their client in court. DO NOT PHONE THEM. STOP PHONING WHAT MPs CONSIDER TO BE SCAMMERS.

As of yesterday, I have now set up a payment plan for £30 a month to pay these.
No. You don't do that! I wish you hadn't.

Cancel this with your bank TODAY.

Block it; tell your bank the payment was forced on you and that the charges are a scam so you do not authorise ANY payments to BW Legal.

Is your home address a BHCC housing site or private housing?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
