Hi all,

I have just replied to a letter of claim from Moorside Legal regarding 'no stopping' at the site via email to Help@moorsidelegal.co.uk

I have used the template kindly provided on this site whilst including details of why I will contest the charge.

I will continue to update this page with any news and progress whilst seeking to utilise the invaluable advice that is provided on these forums.

I have found the volume of forums and advice (and the first discontinuation) on Moorside Legal very helpful during what is a stressful experience.

Thank you in advance for any help I may receive on here.

    You'll be safe with us. All indications are that this MO (by Moorside who are new to this game) is copied from DCB Legal's MO.

    We've seen no hearings yet from Moorside and we don't expect any. Far more likely some courts will do this:
