    Cheap Energy Club is a tariff comparison engine. I can't find any functionality within the tool that is related to future price predictions, just which tariffs are currently available that you could switch to in order to save money. 
    Regarding the weekly MSE weekly tips email, once an email is sent it can no longer be updated, but you can access online to see the updated graphic: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/latesttip/

    It looks like the updated forecast from Cornwall Insight was released around 25th April, so they probably used the wrong stock image and then corrected it. The text in your screenshot has the correct prediction.
