PC problem/blue screen

When starting up the PC (pre built bought less than a month ago, Windows 11), there is a blue screen with a message saying 'memory management'. Also we get a couple of other messages... one that mentions 'kernel mode heap corruption' and another that mentions 'critical process died'.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Return it, sounds like a hardware/motherboard/memory fault.3

Maybe this"Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) appearing after installing the KB5055523 April update or the KB5053656 March preview update"It is fixed in the latest update KB5055627 but you may need to do some research on how to fix in the meantime.
