Yes.

Not doing so would leave a gaping hole open for abuse, so all credit cards charge the cash advance fee.

Google AI says there's a handling fee which is the equivalent of a cash advance fee - splitting hairs if you want to disagree.

Does it really make a difference what kind of fee they charge?
