Ok so I applied for a virgin credit card and was asked to send over some documents via a link, about 6 hours after doing this I got a email saying my application was declined. But today I get email saying my card is in post and my credit limit ect. As for the Barclaycard I’m going to send that one back as I prefer virgin one has this ever happened to anyone before??

never heard of this happening but I'd be concerned at this point as to which email is correct.
