Congrats bells
I am sure that you will work things out at you own pace and I am also sure that you will strike a balance between what is needed for baby and what to do with your mortgage, having paid off some extra already goes some way to freeing up some cash for the little things that will inevitably pop up.
dont worry about us we will keep going and hope that you can keep up eventually.0 -
Well done bells - dont forget freecycle, you might just get some bedroom furniture on there. Good luck and once again, congratulations! When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:0

Congrats bellsbells.
I'm sure you'll find a comfortable balance between overpaying and saving. Everytime DH and I overpay, it brings us closer to our goal of being mortgage free with at least 2 teenagers in the house. Thanks to all the lovely people on here I have managed to cut my hours down to 2 days a week, allowing me to spend more time with my gorgeous Children. :j0 -
Congrats BellsBells
my overpayment for the month is just the standard £250, I'll PM you just to confirm.
Good to see so many newbies and hope we're all doing okay!0
