Court claim for £900 for 3 old PCNs

Hello, I’ve recently received a court claim for around £900 for some parking fines. These fines date back to 2020 where I was at my gym and all three are within 2 weeks. I can’t remember why I wouldn’t have put my reg in the machine (maybe it was broke) but I paid for my membership. I can’t remember if I received the original pcns as I was moving house at the time. What are my options I only have a few more days to respond and I can’t really afford to pays 1k. Should I try and dispute this? Please help

Yes just read the SECOND post of the NEWBIES thread (see my signature for how to hop there).

Then do the AOS (explained there with a walkthrough pictorial guide) then use the Template Defence and draft your facts, which slot into paragraph 3.

You will never pay, no CCJ is risked and it probably won't even get as far as a hearing. All very easy and a useful experience in seeing off a 'scam'.

First, please post a photo of the claim form page, but REDACT

    - your name & address & QR Code

    - your VRM

    - the Claim number (top right)

    - the Password (lower right)

Just read a few G24 / DCB Legal claim threads from March/April. There are claim forms EXACTLY like that on the forum already. Copy what they did.

    What's the latest?

Did you manage to defend? Followed the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread?

    FIGHTBACK ALERT: one week left:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline next week. See this thread:

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam over 18 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
