i accepted all cookies and the form appeared after about 20 seconds

Same for me - so I put the URL into a private window in Edge, accepted all cookies, and the entry form then appeared.9 -
i turned off u block origin lite chrome addon and form appeared2024 approx 6500 competitions entered just 1 win worth £50 ! also ended up signed up to about 8000 emails !4
