ParkingEye - DCBL - Final reminder for a parking fine

Hello,
I have recently discovered this forum. I currently have 3 claims from ParkingEye for 3 breaches.
1) Breach 1 - no parking ticket - I have purchased the ticket, did not overstay, ticket purchased through app - no record within the app for some reason, however, I have bank statement showing the transaction, bank transaction payment reference number - POPLA didn't help, I have shared the transaction number with ParkingEye, but they did not entertain it and did not try to find my payment in the system - just kept sending template letters. I have now received a final reminder from DCBL to pay or go to court. What shall I do?
2) Breach 2 & 3 - my husband (not a register keeper) used a charger for 3h each (Friday and following Monday) on a car park with 30 mins free parking, it was not possible to purchase a ticket to extend the time; charger Type 2 only topped up the battery, as it is the slow type if charging machine. He has paid for the charging and did not stay a minute longer. We have receipts for the charging. POPLA didn't help, getting chased up by DCBL (on behalf of ParkingEye) - what shall I do? I'm the register keeper.
Any advice would be appreciated. I have read through the newbie posts - should I just get ready for defence in court? What grounds should I defend on?
Thanks!

What stage are you at? Do you have a formal letter of/before claim or just a debt collector letter? Do you have a N1SDT claim form? What did the NEWBIE sticky tell you to do when you read it?1
