Has the criteria for (former ESA) UC support group changed?

I got a message in my UC journal asking if the claimant regularly needs overnight care from a non family member because of their needs.
If they didn't before and qualified for support group and still don't, does that automatically mean they will now be moved into one of the work groups?

Was the claim a legacy claim? Until a new assessment is asked for, the previous outcome cannot be superseded or changed.0

No this question is to see if the claimant is eligible for a spare bedroom to be paid for by UC Housing Element.
Not linked to LCW or LCWRA but the person needing care getting one of the following benefits:attendance allowance
PIP - daily living component
DLA - middle or high care component

The question is not about your LCWRA (Support Group) status at all. It's about your UC Housing Element. In a Social Rental the Under occupancy charge (Bedroom Tax) applies, and so if you have a spare bedroom then your UC Housing element will be reduced.
Unless that is there is a need for that extra bedroom for an overnight carer who is a non-family member - which is what they are asking about.2
