Swinton withdraws Lifestyle Excess Cover - are there any alternatives?

Swinton have stopped selling Lifestyle Excess Cover, a product that provided cover for excesses paid against motor, home, travel and pet insurance policies. I've been covered for a couple of years, but sadly have been unable to renew as Swinton have now withdrawn the product.
I've been able to find plenty of examples of motor excess policies, however does anybody know if there are any similar policies available that extend to home, travel and pet?
In the last year I had to claim for pet insurance, and the Swinton policy paid back the £260 excess very easily. As I had the lifestyle excess policy, I would accept higher excesses with my insurers to get a lower renewal price.

Higher excesses dont always result in lower premiums, even though that may sound counter-intuitive. People who are bad drivers etc are more likely to opt for a higher excess to try and lower their premiums so if you look at claims experience by excess level you get some funky results.
Towergate used to sell Lifestyle Excess cover, likewise Protect Your Things, both are like Swinton and are a broker.0 -
I am in the same position, having had lifestyle excess insurance for years. It has now been withdrawn by Atlanta - they own Swinton Insurance. Atlanta is owned by the Ardonagh Group which also owns Towergate. Protectyourthings has awful reviews, and seems to be a broker, not an insurer. So now it looks as if this type of insurance policy no longer exists, and I need to reconsider my excesses - unless anyone knows different ???0
