Just got my Statement for period 31st March to 29th April but it does not have the new 2025/2026 rates on it.

The standard allowance is still showing as £617.60 as we are a couple over 25 so when do we get the new rates?

Also for some reason the housing cost part of it is the same but my rent went up on April 1st and i have told UC the new rent details and they have only taken 1 weeks off me for the carers allowance that my wife claims as she is my carer and of course they take it off me so for some reason they have not taken the other 3 weeks worth.

For increased UC rate it has to be a full assessment period after the increase.
So your 12 payments at the higher rate will start from your next Assessment Period.

For rent it's probably because they didn't get confirmation from your LL in time for the statement to be issued. This happened to me last year.
As soon as the rent amount is confirmed, what usually happens is a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. The money will then be sent within a few working days.

However you now also have an overpayment due to incorrect carers deduction.

I've seen other reports of the same issue with carers.
