With that number of differing fault codes I suspect your battery voltage has dropped which can cause lots of codes. I would do as above and fully charge your battery, clear the codes then drive for say 30 minutes and after that re-read the codes.

BTW, the P229F NOx error is the only one that could put the engine management light on. Some might put other lights - ABS/ESP/TC or transmission or handbrake lights - but not engine management.
Also - "stored" are historic. Only "active" is current.
Clear them, charge the battery, bet none of them come back. But with that battery high resistance error active - it could just be that sitting around unused has finished your already tired battery off. It's a 7yo car, delivered Feb 2018 - original battery?0 -
