Can anyone give me an idea of what costs are payable when selling a house

EA fees are usually around the 1% plus VAT mark - so about £2,400. We paid around £2,300 for solicitors but that was sale and purchase. Sale is usually cheaper as there are less official checks and no mortgage issues etc. I'd guess around £1k.1
