Moorside Legal /Alliance Parking 2 x PCN from 5 years ago

Hello,
just received an LBC for two PCN's that were issued in 2020.
1/ Not displaying a valid ticket
2/ Overstayed without making payment or time
They were both issued by ALLIANCE PARKING UK LTD. Landowner for 1 is for a private car park and a disgruntled letter to them is likely to be ignored. The second is a shopping retail park, i'm not hopeful for either, but will send regardless to comply with Plan A.
I am now awaiting a claim (or claims?) to come through from Moorside Legal.
How should I approach this? I don't have any of the evidence or letters as the charges were so long ago.
Should I treat the debts separately as they were separate incidents? The template seems to be for fighting one charge only, not sure to the wording changes required really.
I've read through the forums about Moorside, but haven't found any similar threads to go on.
Do I just wait for the claim(s?) or write to them to try to put them off.
Any thoughts welcome.

Respond by email to Moorside Legal, then await a court claim pack ( or two ) from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post, same as all the others
Deal with what you see
Plan A is always the best option in these cases, never too late to complain2
