Service Plan Refund

I am frustrated with Resolver as it does not seem to do anything to get my refund back from Toyota UK, specifically Hills of Woodford. It keeps going round and round sending emails with no response.
My service plan ended with the old car but the manager has still not refunded me the balance. What to do or any advice on how to get my refund from motor company?

Despite the promotion it gets on here and elsewhere, Resolver adds little value and essentially acts as a broker, relaying messages back and forth, so ultimately your beef remains with the dealer. If you're confident that they owe you money (and it's not clear to me from what you've shared so far) but are uncooperative, then you can always send a Letter Before Action prior to initiating recovery proceedings via a small claims action, aka MCOL.0

Can you expand on what you mean by "My service plan ended with my old car"? Have you sold/scrapped the car but have paid for car servicing you will not be able to use, for example.0

Most service plans transfer with the car. So you do not get a refund.
Worked well for me when P/X old car due to having a personal plate. So got the 1 service left from old car on my new one. Who was I say that they got it wrong, just quoted reg & they said ah, service plan... This is MSE & it saved me a couple of hundred pounds 🤷♀️Life in the slow lane0
