Skipton Interest payment issues

Hi, has ayone had any issues with interest payments to external accounts with Skipton building Society? First ISA bond worked perfectly, then renewed in March and now they are unable to pay it for some reason. When I talk to them, they say Admin dept dealing with it, will take 15 working days. Really dissapointed with them, anyone else had issues? 

Anyone know of what action I could take if they try to fob me off?

Maybe you renewed into an account where the interest is credited to that account and not some different account.  I imagine that would quite normal for an ISA.
