FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on 29 April 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00 a.m. on 27 May 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one prize consisting of a five hundred pound (£500) dining experience at Harry’s King’s Cross which can be used for brunch, lunch, or dinner for up to four (4) people at one sitting.

 

Where the winner is located outside of London, the Prize Provider will contact the winner to organise standard class return travel up to the value of two hundred pounds (£200), from the winner’s home to London on the chosen date of the dining experience. 

 

The prize is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue. The prize may be redeemed at the Harry’s King’s Cross location only. 

 

The prize excludes accommodation, transportation not covered by the travel allowance, travel insurance, personal expenses and anything not listed in the prize description above.

 

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, and may not be re-sold. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed after the booking.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).

You have to give your mobile number when you register on the ITV Win site, at the same time you will set up a memorable pin which you enter when logging on after entering your phone number.

It's ITV (so, not dodgy) and you don't get marketing texts or anything like that.
