I can't log in to my Coventry Building Society account this morning.
Is any body else having the same problem ??

No not in Spain in the UK.
Put in username and password then request it text.
It comes up with sorry not able to process your request.
Username password and phone number are all correct.

Everything seems normal to me.
I have a note for myself that Coventry is fussy about which browser I am using (or maybe it's something to do with cookies being enabled on one but not another?). Are you using the same browser as you normally use? Are you using the same computer, or have you possibly changed any browser settings? It may be worth trying another browser (or two) and making sure cookies are enabled, just as a diagnostic check. (You can always delete them afterwards.)
Alternatively, are you absolutely sure about username and password? Could you have changed one or the other and forgotten you did it? (I ask because that's the sort of thing I do these days!!)0 -
All sorted now.
Cleared history/cache restarted again & now I have access.
