Total Parking Solutions ticket Cricklewood B&Q

Hi,
This is the first ticket I have ever received in these circumstances.
It says I was observed leaving the site but there is no proof provided, I just received this in the post.
Has anyone successfully appealed one of these?
If so, I would appreciate some advice please. Thanks.

Read others threads, search forum for driver leaving the site
Also lots of info and guidance in the NEWBIES Announcement thread (top of page 1)0 -
It actually says that the driver was observed leaving the site ( the NTK PCN letter was posted to the keeper, not the driver )
These leaving site ones tend to fail
As the site was Broadway retail park, complain about the PCN to the managing agents or landlord ( or to the actual landowner ) , known as plan A, see the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
You can appeal it as keeper, using the blue text appeal template in that newbies thread
No blabbing about who was driving1 -
Ha. That would wouldn't even fit in the little box DCB Legal copy and paste into on court claims.0

Just appeal as keeper denying that the driver left the site and requiring them to prove it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Got it thanks. I checked the link for the photos, they have not identified anyone so I will just appeal as the keeper and request proof of the driver leaving the premises.1
