gifts out of income

me and my husband each what to gift are daughter some money we can gift out of are income but if my husband gives me money dose this make it none income what to be able to each give money so if they is any come back from hrmc we can each clam the 3000 pound gift allowance if we don't qualifies for gift out of income

The £3k per year is not an allowance it is an exemption, you can gift as much as you like it’s just that anything above your exemptions is subject to the 7 year rule.
Does your joint income exceed your household expenditure? If not then you can’t use the gifts from excess income. What is your total net worth? If you are well under your total exemptions then it is not worth the bother of doing, if you have well over them there are better options in reducing your potential IHT liabilities.
Anything you husband gives you is not classed as income.0
