Cannot access student finance acct online

Hey everyone. I had two student loans: plan 1 and plan 2. Plan 2 has been paid off, and a balance remains on plan 1.however, since then I've been unable to access my repayment account online. I can log in, but a message pops up saying I cannot manage My account online. I've been in touch with slc and they said to try a different browser, try a laptop instead of mobile yaddy yaddah. All of which I've done, without success. I cannot access it at all and I'd really like to keep on top of how much I owe. Anyone any ideas or had this same problem?

Keep phoning them. Outline the steps you have taken and hope someone finds the reason. Can you ask for a written statement to be posted to you?
