PCN received for wheels touching yellow zig zags

Hi, I have received a PCN from a private car parking company, I was parked in a disabled bay with a valid blue badge, on one side my wheels were touching the yellow zig zags, I have contacted the store I was visiting but they don’t want to know, I have submitted an appeal to the car parking company, is there any other action that may help me with this please?

Complain about it to the retail park management company or landlord or landowner, the people who employed PP , not the business2
