I've recieved a fine from TDR for parking over the excess period in a retail park over 3 years ago.

It states that the client (Alliance parking Ltd) have written to me about what i owe them.  I have not recieved any letters.

However, the offence was around the time of me moving home so they may have been sent to the wrong address.

I have not recieved any photographs or proof of the offence.  I am also unsure who may have been using the vehicle at that time, but i am the registered keeper.

Can someone advise what my best approach migh be here?  Do i pay, igonore or take is up with Alliance parking?

Thanks in advance.

Read the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread. The one with the pics of the tedious £170 demands where I beg for no more threads!

Come back at Moorside Legal stage. Search the forum. NO PAYING.

Apologies for posting rather than reading the newbies thread.

Please can I clarify that I write to TDR and Alliance to ask them to erase my old address.  Then ignore until the letters get to Moorside legal stage?

Thank you, am slightly panicked...will not post any more in this thread 😁

Yes that's correct. It is important that they ERASE any older address so you never miss a claim form.

You can post of course - not stopping you asking for help! - but no pics of Trace letters, or asking what to do with the next one, LOL!

You might want to edit the spelling mistake in your thread title while you wait for a more important letter.
