Which Digital Camera?

I'm in three minds between the Canon IXUS 70, Panasonic FX-33 and Panasonic TZ3.
Need a camera which takes pictures as quick after pressing the button as possible (Due to young daughter).
All have their positives but just cannot decide. My wife and I also want to get into photography abit more so one that has some extra settings to get us started would be great also.
Cheers for any help or other suggestions.

I always use http://www.cameras.co.uk/ to compare cameras.
For those he has reviewed there are photos of the same scene for each one - so you can compare the cameras easily for the use you have.0 -
Hi,
I dont know much about these cameras but a great site for reviews is Steves Digicams http://www.steves-digicams.com
Thanks

If you go to http://shop.kodak.co.uk/play/ and play the trolley dash game, on completion you'll get 10% off Kodak products. So you might find a good camera there!0

Definitely, it's one of the best.
For price comparisons, I always use: https://www.camerapricebuster.co.uk0 -
Ok just looking at your requirements
For extra settings (near professional quality in a compact) you can't go wrong with the Canon G9
but at around £300 might be over your budget - but you get alot of camera 12MP and great battery life macro and full control.
So I'd plump for that with money no object approach
Cheers

I just got a Canon Powershot SX100IS which seemed to get a pretty good comparison to the TZ3 on https://www.dpreview.comSpace for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0
