I am making this thread on behalf of my cousin, I am not sure if this is the right place. He has received the letter below, the original ticket is a council parking ticket. He wasn’t the original driver for the ticket but is the owner of the car. Is there anything he can do, can he pass this on to the driver?
If this is not the right area please direct me to where I should post this.
