That POC you copied (WHICH DOES NOT GO AT THE TOP OF ANY DEFENCE) isn't even your POC!
None of these things are true either:
"UK Parking Control Limited""but NOT the driver at the time"
"No PCN was issued on 20/03/2023"
Just use the Template Defence with your own claim details added in; I literally walk people through it in that thread, so it is very easy.

ive read this and very confused! i am attempting to make my own defence but i dont understand what part of the template i should copy and paste and exactly were on the n244 form. should i just copy and paste the whole thing and just chnage the VRM and my personal details0

Definitely do that before you email your defence, no need to do it yet
Use ALL of the defence template, ALL
you are either adapting paragraph 2 and paragraph 3, or sometimes only paragraph 3, and some defences require a short paragraph with some extra, important details, so is usually an additional paragraph 3.1
No other paragraph is changed, but ALL of the paragraphs will be used as your defence, ALL !
All we usually need to check is paragraphs 2 , 3 and 3.1 ( none of the rest need checking )1 -
