Is Monument Bank App Only?

It's not easy to see basic info, except by following their invitations to download the app and get started. Once set up is it app only, or is there also a web login? I'm looking for cash ISAs for us both, in my case once the bonus on Zopa runs out. In her case she has Gatehouse which is no longer competitive so should really be transferred right away.
