Only a court can issue an eviction notice, not a landlord. Court proceedings usually take months, so if you have really been served an eviction order it can hardly have been a surprise.
If you mean that your landlord has served notice that they want you to leave, this is not an eviction notice and you do not need to leave immediately.0 -
