Join us at Gaucho in Richmond for one of our Sundown Sessions, where you’ll learn the art of cooking steak on the EGG, Argentine style. Gaucho’s chefs will take us through different cuts and cooking techniques, covering everything from the secret of seasoning to the pursuit of a perfect sear.
You’ll then feast on prime rib and picanha steaks, scallops on the shell and a range of sides, all cooked on the EGG, accompanied by half a bottle of Whispering Angel wine.
