Parking eye, crown plaza HELP

Hi,
my husband received a number of parking charges from parking eye in crowne plaza. He shouldn’t have been parking there. However I’ve appealed using the template in the newbies. They responded asking for evidence of him being a customer (even though I never said this in the appeal).

How do I go about getting a popla code to appeal this properly?

Sounds like you're better NOT WASTING TIME on POPLA and just letting DCB Legal sue.
