Switching service question

I'm very familiar with the switching process, in fact done it multiple times to take advantage of offers.
This time it's a little unusual, wanted to see if others have experienced it.
I switched from co-op to Lloyds. Only the switch seems to be partially complete. I've received the cash bonus in the Lloyds account, but the residual balance is still in the donor account, and I still have access to the donor account. So as of now I can log into both accounts.
The direct debits are listed in both accounts, with nil values in Lloyds and it states no payments scheduled.
It's quite odd as each time I've used the service in the past, access to the donor account was removed on the switching date (plus of course, residual balance transferred).

What is/was the confirmed switch date? Lloyds always pay the switching bonus several days before the completed switch date.0

Something slightly odd has happened, I lost access to the co-op app on 24th, but the funds weren't showing in Lloyds either as I outlined. The balances are now showing in the co-op app (regained access), but I get an error drilling into the transactions.
It's just a current account to use for bonus farming, not my main account, so the funds aren't significant. But I do keep a few DDs going on it in case they are needed to satisfy possible bonus hurdles. Hopefully it will finalise tomorrow with the new working day. Otherwise I'll be diving into the support minefield!0
