NTK Parking Charge APCOA Luton Airport Drop off.

Received a Parking Charge NTK from APCOA at Luton Airport Drop off dated 19/4/25, but received the 26/4/25 for 6 minute drop off at Luton Airport on the 9/4/25.
The driver forgot to get a ticket for the first one, but bought two on the 20/4/25. One for the 20/4/25, and one for the earliest date possible for the 18/4/25 to cover the one on the 09/4/25 not paid for on the day.
I assume they still follow the "I dispute your 'parking charge',... template.
Should they appeal the parking charge online, based on the above, or just do the dispute thingy, and forget about the purchased parking ticket for the one missed on the 09/4/25?

Dispute the pcn received, but use the typical airport no keeper lliability argument template, not the one size fits all, but yes they appeal as keeper, online2

The PCN has a digit short at the top of their letter. Mofos. It will not let us put in the details correctly online. Incidentally model of the car is incorrect. What now?0

Are you sure you are using the right APCOA appeal page? They have more than one because they provide this service for some Councils too.
Don't just Google it. You must use the online appeals page on the back of your PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
