Proof Of Deposit

Apologies if this is something obvious, however this is my first time selling a house, so please bear with me.
I am in the process of selling my first house and buying another house. I have accepted an offer on my house and the ball is rolling with that sale. I have a solicitor and have just completed the initial forms (TA6/10 etc).
I also have a mortgage in principle arranged through my usual mortgage broker.
The deposit for the house I am buying is roughly £100k-£110k, and will be formed by roughly £95k from the proceeds of the sale of my house, and the remaining from savings.
I have put an offer on a house and it has been accepted today. The vendors EA advised they will need proof of my deposit funds.
My question is, how do I prove I have the deposit funds when they don't exist until my buyer completes on my house sale? Is it something as simple as my solicitor/EA contacts the vendors EA and confirms I'm good to go? The EA also wanted me to have a meeting with their mortgage advisor despite me telling her that I will not be using their person or their suggested mortgage, which is when she started talking about the proof of deposit.
Thanks.

I sold and brought a house together, where most of the deposit was coming from my house sale and the rest from savings. To prove that to the EA of the house I was buying, I just had to show them the memorandum of sale for my house and a screen shot of a savings account where I was getting the rest of the money from.1

Thanks,
I was hoping it would be something as simple as this. I've also tried to obtain a copy of my outstanding mortgage amount to show what the proceeds of the sale will be, however my mortgage provider seems to be less than helpful with this.0
