Secure Trust Bank logon problems today

Has anyone else experienced problems when attempting to logon to Secure Trust Bank Internet Banking?
I use a bookmarked URL and usually get asked for user ID, password and then 2 characters of my memorable word. However, today I was also asked for my email and DoB, which then failed, despite being correct and now stating that I would be locked out of my account.

They seem to be sending out annual tax summaries today, so issues are probably related to that.1
